Design Preview & Order Conditions*
Design artwork is sent by email for all Kembroid products. This means your embroidery artwork will be emailed to you for approval before it is stitched on your Kembroid product. Once your order is placed, please keep an eye on your email inbox ( & junk folder) for your design and reply with your approval as soon as possible to allow production to commence. Previews take up to 12 days for Standard Delivery Orders and up to 3 days for Priority Delivery Orders. Changes requested after your artwork is designed may incur additional charges.
